Host listing approval requirements

Host listing approval requirements

Hustle Pads is a platform for hosts to list their homes and vacation properties. However there are times when we may modify or limit your listing based on our community standards and best practices.  Read further for more details.

In general there are three types of states a listing may get
1. Approved as is
2. Approved but with limits on Flat Rate Booking
3. Approved but declined for Flat Rate Booking
4. Declined Listing

My listing was approved - "As is"

Congrats! your listing is approved for Flat Rate Booking and Traditional booking and ready to take bookings. No further action is needed.

My listing was approved with limits on Flat Rate Booking

Your Listing is approved for Traditional Booking however, you have been given limits on Flat Rate Booking. This typically occurs when a listing has more bedrooms than bathrooms. A common example is if there is a 4 bedroom home with only one full bath... In this situation Hustle Pads may approve your listings but may reduce the maximum number of bedrooms you can offer for flat rate bookings.

My listing was declined for Flat Rate Booking

In this situating your Traditional Booking is still available for booking but your listing may not have provided enough evidence that you are allowed to book per-room in this listing or it is a listing that is owner occupied. Flat Rate Booking is only for complete home listings where the entire place is available to book.

Why was my listing declined

There are a few reasons why a listing may get declined.
1. The host identity could not be verified.
2. The host did not provide proof of access to the property.
3. The property is located in a zone that is not suitable for rentals.
4. The property is located in a zone that is prohibited from short term rentals by local, state or other laws.
