We understand that events may occur outside your control, Hustle Pads created this policy to allow cancellations that are described below.

“Circumstances” in this section are defined as an unforeseen and uncontrollable event that may result to the cancellation of service or reservation. This Policy covers the Guests and the Hosts.

If the terms “we,” “us,” or “our,” solely refers to Hustle Pads company.

Here’s a list of unforeseen and uncontrollable “circumstances” that may happen on a confirmed reservation and may result in booking cancellation.

Government travel restrictions 

This includes changes in travel requirements and/or government-imposed travel restrictions on your destination. Personal occurrences such as changing your name on your travel document or visa do not apply to this Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

 

Government declared emergencies and epidemics 

Government declared pandemic, epidemic, hostilities, act of war, terrorism or rebellion. Please note that the Covid-19 virus is a known health and safety event and is not a valid use case for extenuating circumstances due to the fact that it is a known issue and you should plan your trips accordingly before booking.

 

Death 

This covers the death of the traveler prior to their arrival date.

 

Natural Disasters and Acts of God

​A natural hazard that is out of human control such as earthquake, tsunami or volcano eruption. It does not include natural weather of the destination, flood due to heavy rain or hurricanes that weather forecast can foresee or are known to occur in any geographical area. Examples include tornado season for certain state in the mid west or hurricane season in Florida.

What events are not covered?

All other events are not covered. This Extenuating Circumstances Policy only allows for cancellations for the Events described above. All else is excluded.

How to handle Extenuating Circumstances

Guests

We understand the uncertainties that may happen. The Extenuating Circumstances Policy gives our guests the option to cancel if their travel is impacted by an unforeseen event.

In circumstances (stated and limited in this Policy) that occur on your confirmed travel reservation, you will be refunded in full or by credit the total amount.

Hosts

Unforeseen events can greatly affect you and your hosting business. We understand the uncertainties and here at Hustle Pads we would like to work as a team.

As a Host, your stat rating will not be affected. In such circumstances, we will work with you on the cancellation.
